Nice room although very warm and ready for a refresh. Comfortable bed, nice towels, TV aerial broken but my husband managed to fix it. Bathroom clean, room not serviced regularly resulting in full bins and no milk for hot drinks. All floorboards very creaky. Great location for all local amenities and train station and very reasonable price.

Parking was perfect and staff very helpful. Rooms were very tired and lacked any finishing. Bed very comfortable and sleep was spot on. Loved the central location, a bit of investment would fill the place all week through the summer.

position great for Tonbridge. Room clean and comfortable. Shower over bath mucky with mildew around bath taps etc. Needed sprucing up. No fans available and was very hot. Hotel old and tired. Could be thriving if money was spent on it. Cheap price. Cooked breakfast good

Excellent! Ample free parking, friendly staff, nice breakfast with options. Stayed in the four poster room which was brilliant! Right in the middle of town, walking distance from castle (a minute or two) and train station (10 minutes). Would stay there again!

Very friendly staff. Alan really helpful, thank you especially. Hey it’s basic, but price reflects that. Easy parking, hotel right in the high street. Room bed and bathroom all comfortable and clean. No complaints. Shame beer pumps weren’t working but bottled booze was available.
