“ I came to Morristown, TN and stay between mid January through mid February to help my niece settled in for college. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. Location is perfect, near college campus, mall, bank, restaurants. Customer service: From the manager to the people who clean the rooms, all were very nice and helpful. “Parking is limited in front and on the sides. Room in rear but cant use the door or it's broken. Have to walk around and the sidewalk doesn't go all the way around. Very inconvenient. No room service but has a bar? New clean place and rooms. But the elevators doors and panels are not wiped along the top. Was same prior visit a month ago. Over all great place with free breakfast”
