Stayed for a week straight and really enjoyed the helpful staff and cleanliness of the facility. Breakfast was served hot with plenty available during the service hours. Rooms were as described and towel service was available as needed from the friendly staff. Would recommend for short or long stays. You will not be disappointed.

The property and the room were clean and well-maintained. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was updated. Enjoyed the 50" TV which isn't all that common. Downside: Two night stay, and the only time I saw anyone at the front desk was when I checked in, after waiting 10 minutes in the lobby with the phone ringing. The breakfast was hot and good. I would stay there again.

Staff are always wonderful. I am an elderly disabled lady that travels alone and the staff are always great about helping me. I usually stay in the same room and it is always clean and the housekeeping staff are very nice. Love the towels at the pool.

Great location for the wedding we are attending. About an hour from Dollywood. Construction noise from a nearby work site is super loud but not the fault of the hotel. Hotel staff super friendly. Ample parking.
