“The bunk beds were so small & we are small and short. Daughter was uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The room was so small & thight for a family of 4. No closet to hand your clothes or dresser. Not very comfortable leaving clothes in luggage for 3 days. Food was good & breakfast area was nice & clean. Areas in the hotel were dirty and not vacuumed. View from our hotel was nice. Could use a jacuzzi and sauna. We ordered a bottle of wine at the bar & it was $85 so expensive...

“I spent two nights here and both were without any heating in freezing minus 4 weather. I asked 5 times for a solution nothing given. I was given a broken heated and my room was not even cleaned. I had to make my own bed and the bedding did not even fit the bed. I had two terrible nights sleep in freezing room with uncomfortable bed. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. ”
