“We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back.”

“Loved the easy parking not fronting a main road, so the noise comes into the room front doors much less. We had the easy access room No1; it was spacious with a very comfortable medium firm bed, a kitchenette and large bathroom. Good range of TV channels. Welcoming and informative front desk staff. Right across the road from a New World supermarket makes the kitchenette even more sensible.”

“I was well cared for at the House with No Nails! The property is beautiful & clean, & in a gorgeous rural setting set amidst mountains, big blue skies, & farm animals. The house is an easy 25 minute drive from the Hobbiton set in Matamata, which was my plan while in this area of NZ. Highly recommended!”
