“The hotel is located in an area close to many things. The cleanliness of the room was not good; one of the bed blankets had blood on it, as if it hadn't been changed. We were tired and didn’t have the energy to go to the main lobby to ask for a room change, so we opted to just request a clean sheet. There was hair in the bathtub, which makes me think it wasn’t cleaned very well. The beds were comfortable, but I don’t think they are queen size; they seem more like full size because they’re small....

“La estancia de servicio al cliente estuvo fenomenal, lo único que no fui a grado, fue la condición de los pasillos y alrededor de la propiedad que está en construcción, pero en todo el servicio al cliente fenomenal”
