“Room clean, but a lot of cobwebs at the top of the head board. Topper mattress was lumpy in the middle of the bed. Room was only cleaned on day of arrive, bin emptied on second day and cups cleaned. Recreptoon staff and bar staff lovely. Breakfast nice apart from cold coffee and toast.”

“The hotel could be amazing but unfortunately it is now dated and needs to be refurbished. The standard twin room does not have an overhead shower and the room was dated and shabby. There was no bottled water as stated either. The room was also very hot and they do not provide fans as standard. The pool is lovely but does need a little TLC and the showers in the changing rooms are extremely hot. As is the general temperature of the changing rooms. “No air con was given a fan without the outer guard on it ( useless), breakfast 2nd morning was awful , burnt scrambled eggs, broken egg was delivered on my cousin's plate and bacon was hard and black in places”

“A lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the duvet was happily not tucked into the bed, meaning you could get straight in without having to re-tuck the bed sheet in (tucked in duvets is a pet hate!). The food was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the place was lovely. Will definitely stay again.”
