“Food was ok Lighting in room awful, struggled to apply make up room was a bit neglected woodwork cracked and un kept . Location was good Also breakfast was expensive didn’t realise it was cheaper if paid on line”

“The staff in particular were extremely helpful and friendly all throughout our stay. We had breakfast every day which was also great with a good choice. Jayne was particularly helpful throughout our stay and helped us with various questions and requests and nothing was too much trouble.”

“the whole hotel was poorly run , the building itself is very poorly maintained and in desperate need of a complete refurbishment , the one and only lift is so slow it was quicker to walk from fith floor to the ground floor . the one good thing was the help yourself all you can eat breakfast , the lady who checked me in was very good and i was checked in within minutes . overall a very disapointing stay and will not use again”
