Good stay. Room was fine as had been upgraded. Abby stood out with regards to excellent customer service in the restaurant. At times, the dining room seemed understaffed but all staff worked hard. Would stay again.

It's a beautiful old building with parking at the front and rear. The food is so good and plenty of it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The entertainment in house is decent, one artist, James Cotterill sounded Vegas quality, I never heard a voice like it. We were here last year and my son is already asking me to book it next year.

Staff fabulous. Food brilliant . Entertainment team great. The all inclusive package is good value and does include the Blackpool transport in this package which works out brilliant as we used the tram on all 6 days that we stayed. Also the first game of bingo is included on the all-inclusive each night. The Reception staff are very helpful and any requests or complaints you may have are soon quickly rectified. On phone calling the hotel , the response is quite quick and informative. However we do find booking directly with the hotel is more expensive by quite a lot compared to booking on other sites

Some of the staff was friendly and helpful, lady who worked in evening Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday morning wasn't very friendly at all. The hotel was tired, the staircases floor one and two was very dusty, hasn't been cleaned for a while, the bed in the room was dreadful springs sticking in you, no pillow protectors or mattress protectors, the pillows was dirty. The food was very good in fairness, the waiting staff were friendly but some lacked training in customer awareness.
