“For me, it was a great experience. The customer service was really nice, especially there was a front desk lady with short hair and specs. She seemed to enjoy her job and it’s great to have her around. The onsen was really well managed and up to standard too. Had a pleasant stay and definitely will recommend. ”

“House keeping was 7 out if 5 stars. The rooms are angelic ✨️. the sheets pilliows and bedding are unmatched. The entire support area bathrooms and showers are spotless. The staff was extremely helpful with all requests and very patient:) This is a great place and area easy to walk anywhere and very safe. Highly recommended. The only constructive criticism that might improve the property is a modernized laundry area for those who are into it. Some travelers like to freshen up more often then...

“Excellent location just next to Laojie River Metro. Lots of shopping and eateries around, walking distance to night market and places of interest eg. Laojie education center, art gallery. Get a room away from 30th floor as it can be noisy. ”
