The actual suite was great. Always clean and fresh towels and bottled water provided. SaiE of the room was okay. It was just my first time to encounter such entrance to a hotel that was totally unexpected. But, I would stay there again if ever I go back to Taiwan.

The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan. Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness. Sincerely, Robbie

Comfort in the city

This is very comfortable hotel. The beds and bathrooms are clean and modern. The air conditioning was excellent. We didn’t always have hot water for the shower but given the heat and weather, we didn’t mind. Hotel staff are great. Convenient to many things.

The worst place I’ve stayed (ever). Avoid

Probably the worst ‘hotel’ experience in all aspects from the surrounding environment, to the ‘lobby’ and the sound proofing. Avoid at all costs unless you’re desperate to get somewhere to stay for the night.

It may have been at number 60, but there was no street number visible anywhere, and strange was actually 20 down a little lane. Spacious room and good amenities. No window, so it's not a good choice for claustrophobic. It suited my needs perfectly.

If there was a reason for me to stay here again, it would be because of the area. I love ppl and there's no shortage of people at all hours of the day. I stayed at 2 other locations afterwards, and they don't come close. So if you're into public fishing like me, this place is a hotspot! All sorts of transportation are available on almost every single corner. Endless foodstalls, even some late night ones right outside the elevator. There are countless restaurants and handful of department stores so plenty to keep you busy for days.

Love the hotel

The hotel is a bit hard to find. Has a weird entrance inside an alley filled with food stalls. After you get up to the elevator and into the lobby, it looks like a regular hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. My room had a musty smell but I was able to exchange room. Staff were helpful. There are no soap, shower caps, tooth brushes provided. Just water. The staff also need to monitor the hall way noise better. You can hear people talking, laughing, speaking on the phone at all hours of the night. I was woken up 3 nights in a row at 3 AM. Plenty of eateries and shopping around. Excellent price. Recommend highly except for the noise.

Hotel above the street shop and hawker. Difficult to locate. Surrounding area below the hotel is clutter and dirty. Photo doesn't look at what the website show. However, the staff is helpful and friendly. Noise proofing of the room is poor. Can hear the noise and talking happening above and outside of the room. The shower area needs thorough cleaning. Mould creeping on the wall and flooring even on door trap. Ok for one night layover.

Great hotel would love to stay here again

Had an excellent one night stay here. The hotel is walking distance from the train station. The entrance is a little hard to find. It’s down an alley. The elevator up to the hotel is behind several food stalls. I say look for a big neon sign that says HOTEL as you get closer. Hotel is located on the 6 and 7th floor with the reception on the 6th. The “lobby” is basic but functional. The rooms are very large for Taipei. Clean, modern, and very inexpensive. Excellent mattress. For some reason, hand soaps weren’t provided, ? Oversight. I did get them from the reception. The location of the hotel is wonderful. It’s near everything! The Hotel can arrange taxi service to the airport for 650 NTD. No breakfast but food is everywhere. Wish I was staying longer. Will definitely come back for a longer stay next time.
