“Being a first time visitor to China, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with many things including directions to several destinations. The property is in a convenient location and is new and well kept. I went for multiple walks during the day and at night in the local neighborhood. Thank you all for your help!”

“I would have expected that, being a Hilton hotel, the staff would be more proficient in English. Communication was extremely difficult, as it tends to be throughout China. However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas. I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English...
