Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Room is great. Quite new and room facility is good. Hair dryer and the kettle is fantastic personally loves it ! Check in time takes a while as the staff cannot find the booking record, looks like they will show booked via Expidia in stead of hotels.com. Anyway staffs are polite and helpful so it is fine. In photos it shows the hotel name on top of the building, in fact the hotel is quite small and occupy only ground floor to third floor. Breakfast is so-so but the staff are willing to receive comments so they might improve in the future. Considering the booking price and the size of room, i am super satisfy and happy about my stay !
