“The only thing about the Beresford hotel was that the sheets were clean,the sink had no plug, there was no soap in the sink dispenser, the shower curtain was dirty, the TV didn't work, I had to go to reception to get a towel, the second window wouldn't close and there was no breakfast not even coffee available in the morning in one word dreadful”

“I had a nice stay, needs some TLC its abit tired and could with some work done. My key in the lock to my door didnt work to well but staff was very helpful. Very nice breakfast. I had a upgrade on my room so that was very nice!!”
