“Excellent amenities, very courteous people, tasty food. We had great relaxing vacation and enjoyed the mineral pools and offered massages. Really recommended hotel and staff ”

“Upon checking in after all days travel we were told that we had only booking for 4 guest where we had 5 guests booked with Expedia, then we were told that we only paid 50% of the total amount. We all including 2 very tired you d children waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before the manager came and sorted it out. Room shower and radiator leaked and we were asked to check other rooms by handing us the key to several rooms on different floors to see if we like any other room to mover to ....

“good location close to ski gondola and nearby restaurants”

“Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

“We had a pleasure stay in this hotel. The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.. the only thing that we didn’t like was the fireplace that it had wood but the lights came from a fake candle, not from fire! ”
