“Convenient”

“Location is quite convenient. Near to eateries and massage places. Cleanliness of the property could have been better. There is a morning market on Mondays. The property is along a busy street. Can be noisy in the mornings.”

“Didn't check in as no car park provided. Reception was not helpfull to suggest how to park the car. Then decided to check in another hotel.”

“The hotel is rundown, poorly maintained. The room is not soundproof, we can hear the live band nearby despite staying on the 8th floor (the band ended past 3am). The bath towels and bedsheet were stained. Water from the heater is far from warm, and the pressure is not strong. Overall, not worth the price for such a hotel. Very disappointed.”

“I booked a Family Suite with a window for two nights, but when we checked in, the staff gave us a room with no window instead. The room only had one pillow per person, and there was no dental kit or even basic amenities provided. To make matters worse, the connecting door to the next room was broken. We were unable to sleep properly because we were worried about our safety, especially since I was travelling with my wife and daughter. We could also clearly hear voices coming from the adjoining...

“Location was good! No telephone in the room to communicate No water at all No cattle to boil water I think no clean system till check out”

“When we checked in, they asked us to pay 10RM tourism tax, I said expedia should have paid, she said no. So I have to pay 10RM. The room floor is dirty carpet, smell bad. After we asked, they offered us a room with timber floor, but have to pay extra 15RM. The swimming pool is good, and no one there.”
