“The hotel is rundown, poorly maintained. The room is not soundproof, we can hear the live band nearby despite staying on the 8th floor (the band ended past 3am). The bath towels and bedsheet were stained. Water from the heater is far from warm, and the pressure is not strong. Overall, not worth the price for such a hotel. Very disappointed.”

“The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”

“チェックイン、チェックアウト共にスタッフと会って確認できてよかった。JHバスターミナルからバスで移動できるので便利。食事も隣のKSLショッピングモールでできる。テイクアウトして持ち帰って食べることもできる。Wi-Fi良好。シャワーの水圧は今ひとつだったが、お湯はちゃんと出た。排水も良い。洗濯ができ、洗濯物干し台もあってよかった(洗濯機があっても洗濯物干し台がない施設もあるので事前確認しておくと安心)”

“후기가 좋아서 예약했는데 호스트를 잘 못 만났나봐요. 천쇼파는 너무 낡아서 집먼지진드기에 쩔어보이고 침대는 스프링이 느껴질정도로 쿠션감이 없어요. 식탁의자는 식탁보다 높아서 앉을 수가 없었고 카페트는 너무 더러워서 밟지 않았어요. 개미가 정말 많았고 전기포트와 전기렌지는 박물관에 가야할 고물. 냄비는 시골 강아지도 안 쓰겠다싶게 벗겨져 있어요. 저희는 주로 싱가포르 가서 놀고 숙소에서 잠만 잤어요. 거기서 자는 1주일이 지옥같았지만 그냥 지냈어요. ”

“We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized.”

“Excellent serucity staffs and terrible owner. due to iwner did not give info, I was stuck at entrance for 1.5hrs in 35 degrees environment. no respond with chatting, phone calling. Hotels.com neither help anything. The secirity staff tried hard to contact the owner. In the end I could enter.. Otherwise I could not. in the end, the owner gave message made by AI.”

“Room was big and beautiful. Everything is good. Staff was helpful. Only some lighting need to change. ”
