“The staff in particular were extremely helpful and friendly all throughout our stay. We had breakfast every day which was also great with a good choice. Jayne was particularly helpful throughout our stay and helped us with various questions and requests and nothing was too much trouble.”

“Lovely stay in a nice large room with all the necessities. Free parking was a bonus and only a 5 min walk to the huge retail park next door.”

“Beautiful place to stay, the accessible room wasn’t equipped as well for example for bathroom. No where to put items to wash and shower. The drainage wasn’t great it flooded half the bathroom. Only one lift and we needed to walk so far to the room. Very slightly tight to enter the room with a wheelchair. Mattress on bed was very soft for someone with mobility issues. Otherwise a pleasurable stay, near the tram for transport into the town and attractions. Breakfast was amazing and Brandon was so...
