First of all, my partner called the hotel a day before to inquire about breakfast, asking if it is including or extra and the person on the phone was very rude and said they couldn't provide this information over the phone, before actually answering! “My room was nice , bed a little bit hard and plug to hold water in spa bath let water out so that seems a waste of water going straight down the drain but otherwise nice spot”

“Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and super quiet. The restaurant is lovely and our meal was very good. The wait staff were excellent. There is not much undercover parking, but plenty of onsite open spaces, protected by a security gate. We have used this hotel previously and will continue to return on our next trip.
