Check-in was quick and friendly — the staff greeted us warmly, explained all the hotel services, and told us about the complimentary breakfast. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our booking, and again when the weather caused us to check-in after regular hours. The resort is pet friendly, but our cabin was very clean and we couldn't tell if there had ever been a dog in there. The cabins feel like like actual cabins, not just impersonal sleeping rooms. We had a great time, and we're looking forward to booking again next year.”
