“The corridor carpet outside our rooms stank of stale beer, mould and algae. I think due to a steam clean which has gone very wrong. Made our stay very, very unpleasant. I had had an enjoyable stay here some years back and remembered how crisp and clean it was but now this premier inn feels seriously tired and grimy. Some simple issues I needed with room changes seemed so difficult for the staff, and although they all were very willing to try to help it was extremely lengthy and needed 2 attempts...
