“I feel it's important to temper any review with the correct expectation going in: THIS IS NOT THE RITZ CARLTON, nor does it profess to be. Don't expect luxury; that's not what this place is. I wanted an inexpensive place to sleep, was not traveling with my wife, and needed to be close to UO campus. This place checked all the boxes. The room was clean with new carpet; sheets were immaculate; the room was small but serviceable (desk, locking door, etc.) It's communal living -- shared bathroom...
