“The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually.”

The alleys are just not too clean if you are particular. 2. The check in was prompt, staff is friendly. 3. Housekeeping staff appears overworked. “Avoid to stay at this property. Don’t even meet a basic daily requirement. Empty wall in the bath room, can have a proper shower, nowhere to sit beside you bed!”

“We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. ”
