“Horrible and unprofessional host and staff”

“A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. It has all the services and comfort of a hotel, but with a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. I would also like to mention the airport...

“I loved it here, the employees were awesome. My luggage was delayed almost a week and the employees did the best they could to make sure my stay was great, they did over and beyond their job. Room was clean. My one complaint is there is no wifi, but a portable wifi was given to me but then it stopped working. If you don't care for wifi I'd definitely recommend this place.”

“Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example).”

“Cold A?C, Good shower and bed was comfortable. No frills and a good night sleep in a quiet location.”

“There so many bad stuff which I can’t say or type all. Internet run out of data, the room I saw online before booking wasn’t the one I was given. Tv was without station I.e no dstv. I have to go through so many stress before the host gave me where I booked. It was really terrible and frustrating frankly speaking.”
