“I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The views from the balcony of my room were amazing - a valley below and a glacier above. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative I had was the number of house flies that were in the breakfast room. They were all over the meat and cheese which formed part of the buffet, which itself was substantial and well presented.. “Best service and welcoming. Historic Hotel in perfect conditions: cleaning and maintenance. Very comfortable rooms with all the essentials. Good breakfast with a nice selection of different products. Great locations with amazing views, 5min walk to Crans Montana main street with shops and restaurants. I would defiantly come back to Bella Lui. What I liked the most? : The friendly staff, the are so nice and helpful.”

“The apartment was really well appointed, pots, pans, knives fridge, oven and stove all included. We stayed in a 2-bed apartment and it was really comfortable. The only friction points after a long drive were the need to compare the manifest of equipment to what was physically available upon arrival as well as an inspection upon leaving.
