“First things first, Nikolas and his family are the kindest most helpful people you will ever meet. From picking us up at the port, to providing us with fresh fruit, eggs, cake, biscuits and lifts in his car to the monastery, the cave and the beach literally every day, nothing is too much trouble for them and you don’t even need to ask - this is all offered with kindness.
