“The room was very clean, very comfortable, with quality fittings. Comfortable bed, quality bedlinen, soft towels, helpful host - highly recommended.”

“The only fault I could find is the actual finding of the property. The postcode provided takes you to the main car park which is quite a way from where you collect your keys and then further still to the property. I would advise to call before hand to find out the closest parking. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Staff were really friendly and very helpful.”

“Lovely cozy caraven to stay in you do need to pay extra for bed sheets and towels there was plenty of cutlery pots and pans and cleaning equipment for ur stay.... its based in park dean holiday resort so u dont have access to some of the entertainment and a 11 min drive to clacton sea and pier ”

“Only challenge was lack of hanging space in the single bedroom. The tv in the double bedroom takes up a lot of floor space unnecessarily ”

“The caravan wasn’t too great to stay in as there was a musky smell and the sofa and carpet could do with a clean, there was no baking trays or grill to cook on. The fire didn’t work and the heating didn’t come on regularly. Tried to get in contact with the owner by sending a text and left a voicemail on their phone but got no response from them. There was nothing open on the site which we didn’t know about. I think it’s overpriced for nothing to do there.”
