“I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do.”

“No regular cleaning provided eventhough cleaning fee paid in advance. ”

“Sorry no staff directions were not clear regarding the entrance Only one set of key,which was not ready until after 3.20pm.Should have been 3pm. NO staff to communicate to regarding issues.The main door entrance was really hard to open. r”

“This property is full of mould on the walls, blinds says it is a sun drenched apartment but no sun entered the apartment at all. No spare blankets and the bed is uncomfortable, and broken flooring. Wouldn't stay here again. Picking up keys from another location is a pain”

“4 bedroom house, a study, a big lounge with a patio. Plenty of space for a family. The house was spotless and has everything you need. Host was easy to deal with and was available for any questions I had. My friends and I had a great night. Thank you.”
