“It’s a self check in facility but front door keypad does not work very well. Had to wait until another guest showed up and opened the door from inside. Very difficult to communicate with the hotel prior to check in and during stay. Location wise, in a residential area, very quiet. Very dark at night in the alley. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors.”

“I like the location at Gion... all near the main places and train stations and Staff are very friendly... total recommended”

“Amazing stay!! I would book again for sure.”

“The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. The location is close to a station which makes things easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to some neighborhood grocery stores when we needed things. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Great little spot.”

“First of all, I wanna say don’t be alarmed by the lack of reviews. The hotel is new, it just opened 3 months ago. For the price, the quality is outstanding. Big room and you have everything you need. They change the towels daily and tidy up the room, which is unusual for hotels in Japan. Most hotels claim to have eco-friendly service and don’t offer daily housekeeping. There’s a lounge for guests open from 7 AM to midnight with snacks, pastries and drinks, including alcohol. I wanna thank Igor...

“Beds were made and fresh towels daily, public bathrooms was available to guests, roof top area to sit and relax, decent workout room, super friendly and helpful staff”
