Great stay. The room was huge, the shower pressure fantastic, the hot water plentifully, and the sauna was the cherry on top. Our family enjoyed the accommodations and the friendly staff.

We loved our stay here. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and do but was quiet at night. Room was large and modern. Amenities were great - free laundry, free unlimited coffee. Would stay here again.

Loved the close proximity to the bus line, just 1/2 block away. Loved being right in Gion, one of the main districts to visit in Kyoto. Staff was super nice. We all loved the complimentary coffee/matcha machine as well as ice/water refill station. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was modern yet gave a zen feeling due to the decor and amenities. Our room was spacious, had a balcony, a sauna and a fuzzy bathtub which were very helpful after a tiring day walking around. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely come back next time in Kyoto.

Great location within walking distance to the old Gion neighborhoods and some shrines/temples. Easy access to amenities and shopping. Kiyomozudera is about a 15-20 minute walk so it’s very convenient but it gets busy midday with lots of tourists. The staff was very nice and helpful- letting us check-in early. The room was nice and modern but some things were dirty like the cushion covers (needs to be laundered since there are stains on it) and Toto toilet remote control.
