“If we stayed in the accommodation for more than 1 night if the cleaners could clean the rooms eg change the used towels and other things that they can see. Can the accommodation provide for irons.”

“The hotel is good and the staff is also very helpful, and friendly. The only problem is that nobody is available in hotel from 12:00 midnight to 10 morning. Incase you've any trouble (ex: you forgot the key inside the room and lock the door, or you need any help etc), you'll have to wait until morning around 10ish when the staff come back again. Nobody is at reception or in building to pickup your call and help you.”
