“It was ok but what I did not really like is that after booking, they took me to some where else. It was comfortable and nice. Also central area. Wasn't really a bad idea to stay there in the end. The people I met there were nice people ”

“Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. ”

I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. ”

“So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!”

“The room was dirty. The linen was dirty too. Im a night nurse i sleep during the day. Few minutes after s went to sleep the first day i checked in, someone came to my room and asked me to checkout. I told her i have just check in and i will be here for two more days. She went out to get me a key. They key was not working. went out again. Came bavk again to bring the key afteri had slept. She really disturbed me thst i hsd a problem to go bsck to sleep. ”

“I live near Southampton and run a company based near Stoke and this is my favourite perch; the kitchen lets me eat normally as I tend to keep strange hours. Just right size and facilities for me. Could just as well be a perch for a countryside break. Highly recommended ”

“Basic Room, with no TV or Coffee making facilities in the Room, but it had a Community Kitchen in the Flat for all to us, nit bad”

“No staff at property everything had to be carried out by phone including access to property Cold water in shower didn't work”

“Duds a full refit plaster coming off walls wires coming out of walls room was not ready when arrived ask to look at rooms they where in clean then they asked to come back in a hour as they got a family room ready for us so left and when somewhere else!!!! Should not bee open or a be advertised ”
