“For what its worth - I do NOT recommend this property to anyone . 1) their USP is a pool and a pool view. Great in pics - not so much in person. 2) Their food is can definitely be better. Inedible sambar . Felt like being in the US - same breakfast essentially everyday except for 2/3 items. Idli sambar, boiled eggs , chicken sausage or something similar , bread and assortments , a chai that takes forever to refill . underwhelming . 3) location : I think for the same price point you can find...

“I stayed only for one night. The staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they don’t provide luggage storage after checkout. The room is bit dusty and would need some maintenance, but in general a good stay!”

“Nice relaxing few days. Comfortable rooms with good a/c. Great pool, well maintained. Location OK but a 20 minute walk to Colva beach along busy roads. Very helpful staff.”

“Just all round, bad service. No one to clean the room, refresh the bins. Had breakfast included for 1 week... Tried 3 times to have breakfast... I just gave up. I just went somewhere else because I was already waiting+25 minutes on all 3 occasions. I've had food in the restaurant in front. It's all dry and reheated”

“A relaxing pool, easy access and friendly staff.”

“Perfect location for safety. Staff always on reception. Room can be cleaned daily if you like. Only bad thing is the rooms are quite dated. Bed sheets, pillows and towels discoloured but this is quite common in india. Staff are always super friendly and food at sky deck is lovely. 4 girls travelling together and our 2nd time stayin as we feel safe as on main road”

“Very disappointing experience. The room was not properly maintained and the bedsheet was dirty. Towels and basic toiletries like soap were not provided. The overall cleanliness and service were far below expectations. For the price paid, I expected much better hygiene and basic facilities.”
