“Clean and tidy room in a serviced house with an en suite shower room. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. “We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...
