“Nicky was very helpful. The hotel did not live up to the list of amenities. The arcade and vending machine room had a chair in it, an empty snack vending machine and a sold out pop machine. The continental breakfast was prepackaged donuts, muffins, and juice bar. One bed was comfortable, but the other had a dip in the center. The room smelled stale and my clothes felt damp when left in the room.”

“The office was dirty and smelled of marijuana smoke along with body odor. The door to the living quarters was open and had dirty dishes and tools on the table. The room had food wrappers, water bottle, and crumbs behind and under the night stand. The air conditioner was off in 90 plus degree weather and the room smelled like it had not been aired out in along time. Very musty. “No way to contact them. If you call their number you get a reservation center and they won't give or the local number. Bed and room proper was neat, but on both windows the curtains were rags. Bathroom was terrible condition. Mold, rot and the toilet hardly flushed. Only a couple teens working there but they were very nice”

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...
