Hoteles de 2 estrellas en Santoy Hanover

“The balcony rail was rotted and fell over while I was there. The room literally smelled like sewage. It was a horrible. Do not stay here.”

“Our stay was cancelled by the host less than 12 hours before we were due to arrive, we were already on the way to the apartment when we received the email that our stay had been cancelled, as we were driving from Kingston. We struggled to find accommodation so last minute, which cost us a lot more money than it would’ve been. ”

“Good staff”

“This location is easy to reach from Negril by West End taxi or by car. The property is spacious, peaceful, and quiet, with a breathtaking ocean view. There’s also a mini market and restaurant right across the road, which is very convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi, a great TV, amazing AC, and a refrigerator. I had a room right in front of the pool, although the pool was closed for cleaning during my stay. There was a small issue with my breakfast not...

“no water pressure”

“I am requesting a refund for my stay at Moonrise Villas in Negril. The accommodations were significantly different from what was represented on Expedia. This is not about the property being older; my concerns are cleanliness, maintenance and basic amenities. We found multiple spiders inside the unit, visible webs/cobwebs, dirty areas and poorly maintained surfaces. The kitchen stove had extensive rust, grime and buildup around and underneath the burners, and the cookware was heavily worn. Most...

“Although the location is spectacular, the cabins have a low level of comfort, they are dark, mosquitoes enter through some holes in the wood, the bathroom is outside (it is advertised, I know) and I think there are better rooms on the same property. I get the impression that decades ago they were used by slaves and now by tourists xD”

“10/10 everything”

“First, I want to clarify that my feedback is based on the expectation set by the hotel’s presentation on hotels.com. From the descriptions and images provided, there was no indication that the accommodations would be hostel-like, particularly concerning shared bathrooms and showers. This discrepancy was surprising. My intent is not to disparage but to express that the reality of our stay did not align with the expectations set by the advertisement. I believe transparency in the amenities...

“Nice get away spot that’s not far away from attractions in west end or the beach road.”

“All was good but nothing outstanding.”

“Great stay”

“This is the place you want to go for no frills, peace and quiet. Clifford (Earl) you were a great host. Thank you really enjoyed my stay with you guys ”
