“Glamping tents were spacious and clean. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. They made us truly welcome to this amazing sanctuary of koalas endangered by human beings like us. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, simple and smooth-sailing. My whole family really enjoyed their stay in the sanctuary, and were even enthusiastic in visiting the Skywalk viewing deck twice or even thrice during our two-night stay. “Shower plumbing fail.”

“Good position, and the bed was very comfortable, but, unfortunately we were not able to access free_to_air television, and some of the fixtures in the room were badly in need of repair and upgrading. We believe this is gradually being undertaken. A little disappointing seeing the price paid would have been for a room in far better condition. At least l was happy my dog could stay with me inside, for an extra fee. I hope the owners will be able to make the necessary improvements over time.”
