“Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

“The check-in staff was amazing. The apartment was exactly what I needed with a refrigerator, sink and lots of space. It could’ve been a bit cleaner as I found numerous hairs throughout the room. Ample towels were provided, and the bedding appeared to be new. Once again, I can’t stress how lovely the check-in staff were. It’s a very nice location with a lot of amenities. Cleanliness was the only negative which took one star off the rating.”

There’s no soundproofing, so be prepared for a roommates vibe. Digital check-in. Not a single staff member on site. I needed help with my room. I texted and called for four hours.
