Yeah was a good stay staff was friendly and helpful, parking around the area is fairly priced/free over the weekends and location to town was perfect as only a £8 taxi into Bristol. Rooms were clean and well laid out, would have prefers to have a tv and hairdryer in the room but you’d have to bring ur own haha. Would rate is 7/10 overall nice place to stay.

Great location and good transport links; staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for a single person and well-kept. A little expensive for one night, but was booked last-minute and still cheaper than most other city centre accommodation.

A very reasonably priced room . The location is great . . . just a 15min walk to Spike Island and Wapping Wharf where there is plenty to see , lots of places to eat and a really good Camra Pub The Orchard Inn . The room is very small . No Tv or side lamp or anything . I stayed with my partner for 2 days so it was a tight squeeze . The bed isn't very big but for the price and location it is what it is . There is a community kitchen with fridge , toaster and a kettle . I can't remember if there was a microwave but probably ! The reception area is very smart and air conditioned and very clean . I would stay again .

For occupying empty tudent ccommodation, it's mostly very good, I only have a few notable nitpicks. 1) The lights are very strong and no lampshades, one on the ceiling bares full force down onto the bed and I couldn't figure out a way to dim it without turning everything off, it was very bright and made laying on the bed (or not sitting in a slump) very uncomfortable when I wasn't actively asleep. If there is one I missed I hope the managers let me know in response to the review so it can help future guests. 2) shower doesn't have a shelf to hold toiletries so I had to keep opening and closing the shower door. 3) The fob keys were very tempermental for the room, I would have to tao and hold like 4 times every time I wanted to open my door it was very frustrating. But otherwise very good, very affordable and good location with food places nearby and a short walk to city centre.

Took ages to check in as it was a slow manual process and only one person. Check I was a t 3pm and I waited 1 hr to get my key In the room there was no toilet paper so I had to go back to reception and ask for a roll Noisy corridor doors at night

Room was perfectly adequate for us. The check in process was appalling. We arrived a couple of hours after the earliest check in time to find a big queue of angry people. Check in was being done by the security guard - he was brilliant and deserves a medal - who was doing his best to resolve all sorts of problems. We checked in eventually after 45 minutes or so. Our heart went out to various people who had clearly been waiting for a very long time to get their rooms. Whoever manages the letting need to get their act together. Rubbish!

We deliberately wanted a kitchen - which we had but nothing in it ie no crockery, cutlery, pots or pans so effectively useless; we constantly received contradictory emails about precheckin etc including one saying ready for checking the day after we already had, another telling us to checkout a day early; the room faced west and was impossibly to sleep in as too hot; we had to request a second towel as only gave us one; Would not recommend this at all

Check in process was poor, no response to messages prior to checking in. Checked in and had to wait even longer as security needed to make a call to confirm check in, despite seeing ID, very unclear why this was, as was not explained. Whole process from arriving at reception to entering my room took about 45 minutes to resolve. Arrived at 1st unit/room and the toilet was dirty as well as floor not cleaned. Was provided with another room which was clean, however had no pillows and half a roll of toilet paper. Whole process was not organised. Communal kitchen bin overflowed with rubbish, from arrival to checking out. Did not see a cleaner once, had to pass through kitchen area to get to room. Place is a student accommodation which isn't clearly listed on advertisement. Day and night time security very pleasant and helpful. Listing should indicate whether there is a cleaner and frequency, I.e once weekly. Air-conditioning was not affective, there are 3 settings, low,medium, high. Was hot during the night, take a fan. Windows dont open wide enough to allow a breeze and if you are on the first floor facing the communal garden, you'll hear everything from individuals talking in the garden.

Personal muy amable e instalaciones muy cuidadas. Solamente están preparadas las habitaciones para invierno, no tiene ventilación para verano y son muy calurosas. El baño era muy poco cómodo y estaba un poco en mal estado. El barrio no es muy acogedor, había mucho abandono y gente un poco peligrosa robando en los supermercados de los alrededores.
