“This is a lovely old country pub with nice log fires, the rooms are nice clean and warm, they are dog friendly so as a dog owner it’s all you could ask for, after fabulous food you can go and walk it off in the forest, the staff are all nice and friendly, they are very attentive but not overbearing which is fabulous, it is great watching the donkeys walked passed at breakfast, would highly recommend and will be going back again soon ”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Lady Hamilton! I was in town for the historic dockyard and was thrilled to find a room in a historic pub! They were were helpful with my check in time (which was out of normal hours due to a delayed flight etc etc). The room was very spacious and The bed was comfortable. Even better my room had a view of the HMS Warrior! You’re also very close to many great pubs and a short walk from the main dining/shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again, and would...

“On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night”
