“Glamping tents were spacious and clean. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. They made us truly welcome to this amazing sanctuary of koalas endangered by human beings like us. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, simple and smooth-sailing. “Good position, and the bed was very comfortable, but, unfortunately we were not able to access free_to_air television, and some of the fixtures in the room were badly in need of repair and upgrading. We believe this is gradually being undertaken. A little disappointing seeing the price paid would have been for a room in far better condition. At least l was happy my dog could stay with me inside, for an extra fee. I hope the owners will be able to make the necessary improvements over time.”

“Good bones and a very accommodating young staff group working in the bar and handling room allocations. The rooms are very rundown and barely cleaned. Thankfully, clean sheets with no mattress protector or towels in the room. The TV had been smashed, so only a cracked screen image was available. Finally, the ladies' toilet and the shower hadn't been cleaned for a long time; they were filthy and smelt of mould. All in all, it's one of the worst places we have stayed. They need to get a cleaner!...

“Spacious clean room. Clean and regularly serviced bathroom/shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of great wildlife in the grounds to see. Perfect location for Port Stephen’s boating trips and sand dunes. Bush kitchen is a great experience!!”

“Read the instructions on the wall and in your email for operating the codes for access to the house and the room. If you want to use the kitchen you need to ring the operator and get a key for the kitchen cupboards. The phone number is on the front wall of the house.”
