“Lovely owners who have run this place for over 40 years. It is set back in time, early 80s and an education and experience of that. However does have Wifi and central to the Town. I was upgraded to a larger room with en suite without asking which was a nice touch. Pleasantly surprised with the cost that it included breakfast, I had porridge, fruit juice, cooked breakfast and toast. All floors have stairs which would not be suitable for the less mobile.”

“Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay.”

“Perfect in every way. Spacious, clean and modern. Check in was very easy. Very handy having a car park included. We will definitely be coming back.”

“The Inn looks like it is on it's last legs. The other 3 pubs in Hawes all were doing a roaring trade over the hot bank holiday , but the Board closed around 7.30pm , had no food and very few clients. The breakfast in the Cockett next door was very average. Never seen green scrambled eggs before....they were rank and inedible.”

“Very tidy and cozy. The view is amazing !”

“Wonderful B&B. Hosts courteous and very helpful. Interesting walks and scenery.”

“Compact , well equipped property in the centre of the village and ideal for walking or car trips.”

“Spotless accommodation. The added touch of a Xmas tree was very much appreciated. Very simple check in procedure. Beautiful views down the valley”

“Pris står slet ikke i forhold til den oplevede standard.”

“Cottage was perfect, garden and hot tub were excellent, dog friendly, couldn’t fault it. ”
