“We had to wait for an hour after agreed upon check-in time to get our key, we could not reach the host, the apartment was dirty, we had no warm water and on one occasion no water at all. Though the apartment is in a good location, it is right next to the tramway, which is very noisy and causes the entire apartment to shake every five minutes. All in all, a terrible experience.”
