“I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received.”

“ I paid for the room months ago. I arrive on my reservation date. The clerk (who would only speak through a small window), said he had no room with my name. I tried to show him my reservation number and confirmation and he declined to look. He said he doesn't deal with expedia. He said all the rooms are filled which leads me to suspect they booked my room out to someone else. ”
