“We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). “Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”

“We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive.
