“Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. ”

“This trip would have been perfect with the following: 1. lighting at the parking across the street, especially for late arrivals 2. Bottled water 3. Napkins or paper towels 4. Plasticware 5. Cookware for microwave - I left a dish for heating there for the next guest 6. Better bandwidth- the TV did not really work when other guest were there or the restaurant was in operation. No one likes to watch TV the is constantly spinning 7. A WiFi connection Other than these things it was nice, comfortable...

“Truly, the photos do not do justice to this beautiful site. Our balcony overlooked the water and parklike setting. It was so pretty and peaceful that we stayed right until checkout time to enjoy it. Our room also was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and updated. Mini frig and microwave too. Staff were friendly. Grab and go breakfast was good. Within short drive to downtown Boothbay, and Maine Coastal Gardens. Don't miss either! Wish we could have stayed longer here! ”

“Las habitaciones son muy "inglesas" con muchos cojines coloridos y sobrecamas en la cama, un lavabo super-incomodo para utilizar etc. Pero es muy limpio y las camas son buenas. Los propietarios - auténticos irlandeses con un acento como si han venido a USA en el día de ayer - muy, muy majos en ayudar y explicar, ofrecer mapas etc. Es una lastima que no esta directamente en la playa, un camino de unos 200 m llega a la bahía.”
