“Muy mal servicio primero tardo15 minutos para antenderme y me dieron un cuarto que la llave no habria por tres ocaciones y al final estaba ocupado y despues no encontraba la reservacion y quiso volver a cobrame por la habitaciob paso mas de una hora para darme el cuarto y la persona que me atendio desde el principio tuvo un mal traro hacia mi persona y nunca quizo darme su nombre en lo personal senti que fue racista y una persona muy mal educada”

I'm sure had we asked we would have been provided one as the staff was very accommodating to other requests. We would definitely choose this hotel again should we find ourselves in Muscatine.”
