“Nothing is good about this property other than the location. Definitely a NO for families with kids.”

“Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more.”

“Had evening we needed for our one night stay. Dinner was great and it was nice to have dinner on the rooftop. The hotel is extremely close to Taj Mahal and we were able to walk there quickly. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“The main entrance to the hotel was nice and clean but other than that, the room itself was poorly kept in the sense that the bedding was stained, the shower facilities / bathroom was poorly kept, the overall hygiene wasn’t good. Towels were also stained and some had holes in. We had a two night stay and checked out after the first night. The staff however were excellent but sadly there’s not much they can do about the actually cleanliness as it is how it is. Also, the photos ARE NOT of the exact...

“Nothing ”

“Horrible experience. They refused to acknowledge our reservation and said that they were fully booked. We had booked two months in advance. The staff was clueless and extremely unhelpful.”

“My stay at the hotel was spoiled by the fact the hotel. In fact the hotel owner said he had no connections with hotels.com. In other words hotels.com collected my money Rs 4, 032.I am considering this as a fraud and will take appropriate action is my money is not refunded in the next two business days.”
