“The place overall was excellent tidy and the staff was excellent on email and getting back to you with assistance. I will recommend them to others.”

“Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).”

“I had a pleasant stay in a clean and spacious room that was also equipped with an extremely well functioning fan. The proximity of the restaurant was very practical. Staying in the premier inn is always a good value for money option and you get what you expect.”

“It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy.
