“The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room and bathroom was spotless. Staff Were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely rebook next time we are in Skegness ”

“The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

“Lovely site, with new shepherds huts and yurts being adds to the site.. work is ongoing but done respectfully. Very peaceful with no WiFi, no phone signal or TV.. which was a plus, sat into the night by the fire pit talking playing cards etc. ”

“We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!”

“Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again”
