“Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! “Excellent stay of two nights. A good countryside location but within easy distance of Fakenham, Wells, Hunstanton and Thursford. The room was very cosy well appointed very comfortable bed, clean bathroom nice bath and shower. Breakfast was very good and well cooked had the full english one day and eggs benedict that was great. Eloise was very friendly and attentive. Had a great stay.”

“I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...
